Visiting with Young Children
A pram park will be provided for family shows which our front of house team will guide you to.
Both the Studio and Main Auditorium can be set-up with a flat floor for productions which are designed for children to sit on mats/cushions, to improve their view and experience and so they are closer to the action.
Child booster seats are available on a first come first served basis from our front of house team as you enter the Main Auditorium.
We welcome mothers who wish to breast-feed. Please feel free to do so throughout the building. If you would prefer a private area, please let a member of our team know and we will make provision.
Baby changing facilities are available on all floors in the accessible toilets.
Babes in Arms
We offer a babes in arms policy for some of our shows. No ticket is required for babies aged 12 months and under for these shows.
There are a small number of performances specifically for children under 12 months. The babes in arms policy does not apply for these shows and all entrants need a ticket. Please check each show on our website for details.
Age Guidance & Restrictions
Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
Some productions have age restrictions applied by the promoters, while others have age guidance to help you choose shows most appropriate for your family. Please email us at carriageworks@leeds.gov.uk or call Leeds Ticket Hub on 0113 376 0318 if you have any questions or comments.
