All meeting rooms at Carriageworks Theatre come fully equipped to support a smooth and successful event. Each room features built-in audiovisual equipment (such as LCD or plasma screens, projectors, PA systems, and microphones), air conditioning for comfort, free Wi‑Fi, and in-room flipcharts and lecterns. Our dedicated theatre operations team is on hand to ensure everything runs seamlessly throughout your booking.

Capacity: Up to 30 delegates
A spacious and flexible second-floor room with an airy studio feel, overlooking the Electric Press courtyard. Perfect for larger meetings, workshops, or training sessions.
Capacity: Up to 100 delegates
Situated in the historic part of the building, this room combines original Victorian features like exposed brickwork and roof beams, with a bright, open atmosphere.
Capacity: Up to 50 delegates
A more intimate space that retains the venue’s historic character, offering a warm and professional setting for smaller meetings or breakout groups.
Capacity: Up to 30 delegates
Similar in style to Rooms 2 and 3, this room balances heritage details with a practical layout, ideal for mid-sized meetings or creative sessions.
Capacity: Up to 35 delegates
Located on the third floor, Room 5 offers expansive views over Millennium Square and connects directly to the smaller Room 6. Hired together, they work well for events needing a breakout or prep space.
