Leeds Arts Events & Venues - Covid-19 Update (15 June 2020)


In order to protect the safety and well-being of our audiences and staff, as we continue to manage the impact of COVID-19 in Leeds; to stay at home as much as possible to control the virus and save lives, our events through to the end of July have either been cancelled by the promoter or postponed to a later date.

If you have bought tickets to any of our events a member of our Box Office team will be in touch with you shortly. If you have any queries please contact: boxoffice@leeds.gov.uk  and allow our team to either respond via email or call you back. If that’s not possible, please call the team on 0113 376 0318 (Mon-Fri between 10am and 4pm). There may be a short wait as our Box Office team are now working remotely. Voicemail messages will be collected on a regular basis and someone will get back to you at the earliest opportunity. Please be assured that you will be contacted either by email, telephone or post. We won’t forget you.

How to Book Tickets

The City Centre Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 10am until 15 minutes after the last performance begins, or 10am until 6pm when there is no performance.
Sundays: 30 minutes prior to performance.

A fee of £1 will be applied for postage if you wish to have your tickets mailed out.

To browse a list of all City Centre Box Office events use the Book tickets for one of our events link on any page.

Family Ticketsrestricted view seats and special offers are rarely sold online and should be purchased over the phone or in person. 

Concessionary tickets are not posted and you will need to bring proof of concession to Box Office for collection.

Go to the City Centre Box Office in Leeds Town Hall, The Headrow, LS1 3AD.
The Box Office is open to personal callers from 10am – 6pm Monday to Saturday.
An event Box Office will be open on the ground fl oor of Carriageworks Theatre from 1 hour before show start time.

Concessions & group discounts

Concessions generally available for Leeds Card holders, NUS card holders, the unwaged, under 16s and OAPs at the advertised concessionary ticket price. 

Family tickets can be purchased for some productions. A Family Ticket is group of 4 tickets with a maximum of 2 adults. 

Please contact the Box Office for discounts on group bookings, school trips and visits requiring accompanying carers or social workers: (0113) 376 0318.

Leeds Card and Breeze Card discounts and any special offers are available over the phone or in person but can not be applied to online ticket sales. Discounts and offers can not be applied retrospectively.​

 

Please note that a 6% booking fee will apply per ticket. Booking fees are included in the ticket price displayed, so there's no supprise at checkout.
