The Carriageworks Theatre’s programme offers an inspiring and imaginative introduction to the magic of live theatre. Local schools and nurseries visit the Carriageworks Theatre each year to experience world-class theatre which provides great opportunities for follow-up activities.

Booking a school trip
To book tickets for your class, email Leeds Ticket Hub or telephone 0113 376 0318. One teacher or accompanying adult goes free for every ten children.
Payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before the date of your visit. Tickets are non-refundable once payment is received, therefore please be certain of the number of tickets you require.
Lunch and refreshments
Drinks, ice-creams and lollies are available but need to be ordered in advance. Email our Operations team or telephone 07891279100. Limited informal lunch spaces are available on request. Please let us know your requirements when booking.
The Carriageworks Theatre’s coach drop-off and pick-up is on Great George Street, directly behind the theatre entrance on Millennium Square. Please note there is no parking at the front entrance to the Carriageworks Theatre.
We encourage teachers to make a preparatory visit to assess the facilities available to school groups. Please call 07891279100 to arrange a visit.
